Demand for aperitifs is growing fast and premium aperitif boards are becoming commonplace, offering THE best moment in the day for relaxing and sharing with family and friends.

The event is organised by Rovagnati, an Italian Charcuterie brand, and will highlight truly visual creations that are both beautiful and delicious, with boards resembling real works of art.

The 5 finalists will be selected based on their entries and will compete in 3 events: traditional (4 people), set (spring theme), free (art).
