The French Burger Cup by Socopa - a competition under the sign of sweetness!


With 2.6 billion burgers consumed per year in France, the passion of the French for this "sandwich turned flat" is as strong as ever! *


From the kitchens of top chefs to the foodtrucks counters, the burger prized by the French is a "gourmet" burger! These well-crafted buns contain the best ingredients to satisfy consumers with more and more affirmed tastes.


A trend dear to Socopa, creator of the French Burger Cup and main supplier of meat to the catering industry, which has chosen "French creativity" as the theme for this 5th edition, presided over by Chef Julien Duboué.


New this year! The public will be able to vote for their favourite burger through the competition's social networks. The recipe that wins the most votes will be awarded the Public's Favourite Award, allowing the lucky winner to win the sum of €500.
