The Snack Academy is the competition that highlights freshly opened restaurant concepts!​

They are innovative, follow food trends and have a replicable business model. These concepts are selected and tested by a jury of 6 experts. ​

Please note: the foodies will also be solicited on the Facebook page of the show to award the "Public Prize".​

The shortlisted fast food concepts, which were tested by a panel of six experts, were innovative, trend-setting and had a business model that could be duplicated. Each of our experts contributed their expertise to determining the winners on the Sandwich & Snack Show on Monday 08th June.
