The event, supported by Cafés Richard, will take place in 2 parts:
- 45 minutes of demonstrations on coffee and latte drinks and essential advice on how to ensure the quality of the coffee in your cup (the right way to make a perfect espresso, essential equipment maintenance, etc.).
- 45 minutes of coffee discussions hosted by Paul Fedele (France Snacking) with Jean-Christophe Albaret (Director of Sales Operations - Cafés Richard) and Jean-François Feuillette (Founder of Boulangeries Feuillette).
