Anniversary and record edition for Parizza!

In 10 years, the fair has never been as big as it will be this year, an event not to be missed.

We're partying it up at the show!

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary, the jury of the French Pizza Championship will award the 10-year Parizza prize to the pizzaiolo they judge the most promising.

On the exhibitors' programme, the range of ingredients and raw materials will be enriched and modernised. Many suppliers will be presenting their new environmentally responsible products on their stands: nitrite-free, organic, vegetal, etc.

Also, through its conference programme and the innovations proposed, the show will reflect a sector in constant adaptation: multiplication of diets, digitalisation, ultra proximity, eco-responsibility, premiumisation... 

On the market side, the French are very receptive to Italian gastronomy.

The health crisis has not affected the French love of Italian gastronomy. On the contrary, it has never been so popular, and the Parizza trade fair is its flagship event!

A true business platform and source of inspiration, the Parizza exhibition will be an opportunity for exhibitors to present their new products and innovations.
